141. 免陷罪惡
大衛的詩
1 耶和華啊! 我呼求你; O Lord, I call to you;
求你快來幫助我. come quickly to me.
我呼求你的時候, Hear my voice
求你傾聽我聲音. when I call to you.
2 願我禱告如香, 達你面前; May my prayer be set before you like incense;
願我高舉雙手, 如獻晚祭. may the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice.
3 耶和華啊! 求你看守我的口, Set a guard over my mouth, O Lord;
並且把守我的唇. keep watch over the door of my lips.
4 不容我心向邪惡, Let not my heart be drawn to what is evil,
與惡人為伍行惡, to take part in wicked deeds with men who are evildoers;
同桌共席享美食. let me not eat of their delicacies.
5 義人擊打我, 是出於慈愛; Let a righteous man strike me - it is a kindness;
他們責備我, 是頭上膏油, let him rebuke me - it is oil on my head.
我的頭絕不拒絕. My head will not refuse it.
我的禱告永遠反對惡人作惡. Yet my prayer is ever against the deeds of evildoers;
6 他們的統治者必被推下懸崖, Their rulers will be thrown down from the cliffs,
惡人最終必知道我所言不虛. and the wicked will learn that my words were well spoken.
7 他們會說: "我們的骸骨散落墓旁, They will say, "As one plows and breaks up the earth,
好像犁田犁出的碎土." so our bones have been scattered at the mouth of the grave."
8 主耶和華啊! 我的眼目仰望你, But my eyes are fixed on you, O Sovereign Lord;
我投靠你, 請勿把我交給死神. in you I take refuge - do not give me over to death.
9 救我脫離惡人為我撒的羅網, Keep me from the snares they have laid for me,
和他門為我設的陷阱. form the traps set by evildoers.
10 願惡人落在自己的網羅裏, Let the wicked fall into their own nets,
而我卻安然逃過. while I pass by in safety.

大衛在洞裏作的訓悔禱告詩
1 我大聲呼求耶和華, I cry aloud to the Lord;
高聲求耶和華施恩. I lift up my voice to the Lord for mercy.
2 我在衪的面前訴苦, I pour out my complaint before him;
盡情陳述我的苦難. before him I tell my trouble.
3 靈在我裏面軟弱時, When my spirit grows faint within me,
只你知道我的道路; it is you who know my way.
在我行走的道路上, in the path where I walk
有人為我暗設羅網. men have hidden a snare for me.
4 求你看看我的右邊, Look to my right and see;
沒有一人在關心我. no one is concerned for me.
我沒有逃避的地方, I have no refuge;
也沒有人管我死活. no one cares for my life.
5 耶和華啊! 我向你呼求; I cry to you, O Lord;
我說: "你是我的避難所, I say, "You are my refuge,
也是我在活人之地的福份." my portion in the land of the living."
6 求你傾聽我的呼求, Listen to my cry,
因我有極緊迫需要; for I am in desperate need;
求你救我脫離追趕我的人, rescue me from those who pursue me,
因為他們比我強大得太多. for they are too strong for me.
7 求你把我從牢籠中釋放出, Set me free from my prison,
好讓我衷心讚美你的聖名. that I may praise your name.
那時, 因為你以厚恩待我. Then the righteous will gather about me

大衛的詩
1 耶和華啊! 求你聽我的禱告, O Lord, hear my prayer,
傾聽我的懇求; listen to my cry for mercy;
也求你以你的信實和公義解救我. in your faithfulnness and righteousness come to my relief.
2 求你不要審判你的僕人, Do not bring your servant into judgment,
因在你面前, 無一活人是義人. for no one living is righteous before you.
3 仇敵緊緊追迫我, The enemy pursues me,
把我打倒在地上; he crushes me to the ground;
使我住在黑暗中, he makes me dwell in darkness
像死了很久的人. like those long dead.
4 因此, 我的靈在我裏面軟弱, So my spirit grows faint within me;
我的心在我裏面驚惶. my heart within me is dismayed.
5 我回想很久以前的日子, I remember the days of long ago;
並且默想你的一切作為, I meditate on all your works
及沉思你手所作的大工. and consider what your hands have done.
6 我向你伸出雙手, I spread out my hands to you;
我的心更渴想你, my soul thirsts for you
像乾旱地盼雲霓. 細拉 like a parched land.
7 耶和華啊, 求你趕快回應我! Answer me quickly, O Lord;
因為我的心靈軟弱; my spirit fails.
求你不要向我掩面, Do not hide your face from me
免得我像掉落深坑的人. or I will be like those who go down to the pit.
8 求你清晨賜下你慈愛的話語, Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love,
因為我一向信靠你; for I have put my trust in you.
求你指示我當行路, Show me the way I should go,
因我的心在仰望你. for to you I lift up my soul.
9 耶和華啊! 求你救我脫離我的仇敵, Rescue me from my enemies, O Lord,
因我藏身在你那裏. for I hide myself in you.
10 教我遵行你旨意, Teach me to do your will,
因為你是我的神; for you are my God;
也願你美善的靈, may your good Spirit
領我到平坦之地. lead me on level ground.
11 耶和華啊! For your name's sake, O Lord,
求你為你的名使我存活; preserve my life;
憑著你正大的公義, in your righteousness,
把我從患難中領出. bring me out of trouble.
12 憑著你不變的慈愛, In your unfailing love,
使我敵人閉口無言, silence my enemies;

1 讚美耶和華我的磬石! Praise be to the Lord my Rock,
衪訓練我的雙手作戰, who trains my hands for war,
並教導我的手指打仗. my fingers for battle.
2 衪是我慈愛的神, He is my loving God and my fortress,
我的堡壘, 我的堅城, 我的救主, my stronghold and my deliverer.
也是我避難的盾牌; my shield, in whom I take refuge,
衪使我子民臣服我. who subdues peoples under me.
3 耶和華啊! 人算甚麼, 你竟眷顧他; O Lord, what is man that you care for him,
世人算甚麼, 你竟顧念他? the son of man that you think of him?
4 人真的好像一口氣, Man is like a breath;
他的年日如影飛逝. his days are like a fleeting shadow.
5 耶和華啊! 求你離開天庭, 親自降臨; Part your heavens, O Lord, and come down;
觸摸群山, 山就冒煙. touch the mountains, so that they smoke.
6 打雷閃電, 敵人四散; Send forth lightning and scatter the enemies;
發射飛箭, 仇敵潰敗. shoot your arrows and rout them.
7 求你從高處向下伸手, 救贖我; Reach down your hand from on high;
從波濤洶湧的洪流中, 拯救我. deliver me and rescue me from the mighty waters.

1 我的神, 我的王啊! 我尊崇你, I will exalt you, my God the King;
我要永永遠遠讚美你的名. I will praise your name for ever and ever.
2 我要天天高聲頌讚你, Every day I will praise you
永永遠遠讚美你的名. and extol your name for ever and ever.
3 耶和華真偉大, 配受極大讚美; Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise;
衪的偉大無人能測. his greatness no one can fathom.
4 世世代代都要讚賞你的作為, One generation will commend your works to another;
也要傳揚你的大能. they will tell of your mighty acts.
5 他們要講述你的威嚴尊榮, They will speak of the glories splendor of your majesty,
我則要默想你的奇妙作為. and I will meditate on your wonderful works.
6 他們要述說你作可畏奇事的大能, They will tell of the power of your awesome works,
我則要到處去傳揚你偉大的德行. and I will proclaim your great deeds.

你的聖民也要頌讚你. your saints will estol you.
11 他們要傳揚你國度的榮耀, They will tell of the glory of your kingdom
並且述說你那奇妙的大能. and speak of your might.
12 使世人知道你大能作為, so that all men may know of your mighty acts
以及你國度的威嚴榮耀. and the glorious splendor of your kingdom.
13 你的國度是永遠的國度, Your kongdom is an everlasting kingdom,
你的王權更是萬代永存. and your dominion endures through all generations.

146. 信實公義
1 你們要讚美耶和華! Praise the Lord.
我的心哪, 你要讚美耶和華! Praise the Lord, O my soul.
2 我一生都要讚美耶和華, I will praise the Lord all my life,
只要活著, 我就要歌頌我的神. I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.
3 你們不要靠權貴, Do not put your trust in princes,
也不要依賴世人; in mortal men,
他們救不了你們. who cannot save.
4 他們的靈魂一離開, 就歸回塵土; When their spirit departs, they return to the ground;
他們一生盤算, 即日歸零. on that very day their plans come to nothing.
5 得雅各的神幫助, Blessed is he
並仰望耶和華為他神的人; whose help is the God of Jacob,
都是有福的! whose hope is in the Lord his God,
6 耶和華造天地海洋和其中萬物, the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them -
衪永遠信實. the Lord, who remains faithful forever.
7 衪為受欺壓的人主持公道; He upholds the cause of the oppressed
賜食物給饑餓的人. and gives food to the hungry.
並且釋放被囚的人. The Lord sets prisoners free.
8 耶和華開瞎子的眼, the Lord gives sight to the blind,
手扶起受壓迫的人, the Lord lifts up those who are bowed down,
更加憐恤喜愛義人. the Lord loves the righteous.
9 耶和華看顧寄居的, The Lord watches over the alien
並且扶助孤兒寡婦; and sustains the fatherless and the widow,
極力挫敗惡人行徑. but he frustrates the ways of the wicked.
10 耶和華作王, 直到永遠! The Lord reigns forever,

歌頌我們的神多麼美好! How good it is to sing praise to our God,
讚美衪是多麼愉悅自然! how pleasant and fitting to praise him!
2 耶和華建造耶路撤冷, The Lord builds up Jerusalem;
招聚被擄的以色列人. he gathers the exiles of Isreal.
3 衪醫好傷心的人, he heals the brokenhearted
包好他們的傷口. and binds up their wounds.
4 衪決定天上星宿數目, He determines the number of the stars
叫得出每顆星宿的名. and calls them each by name.
5 我們的主偉大有能力; Great is our Lord and mighty in power;
衪的智慧真廣大無邊. his understanding has no limit.
6 耶和華扶持謙卑的人, The Lord sustains the humble
卻把惡人摔倒在地上. but casts the wicked to the ground.
7 以感謝心向耶和華歌唱; Sing to the Lord with thanksgiving;
撥弦彈琴歌頌我們的神. make music to our God on the harp.
8 衪以雲遮青天, He covers the sky with clouds;
為地普降甘霖; he supplies the earth with rain
青草長滿山崗. and makes grass grow on the hills.
9 賜食物給牛羊, He provides food for the cattle
和啼叫的小鴉. and for the young ravens when they call.
10 衪喜悅的不是馬力大, His pleasure is not in the strength of the horse,
喜歡的不是人腿快. nor his delight in the legs of man.
11 耶和華喜愛敬畏衪 the Lord delights in those who fear him,
和仰望衪慈愛的人. who put their hope in his unfailing love.
12 耶路撒冷啊, 你要頌讚耶和華! Extol the Lord, O Jerusalem;
錫安啊, 你要讚美你的神! praise your God, O Zion,
13 因衪堅固了你們的城門閂, for he strengthens the bars of your gates
賜福給你們的百姓. and blesses your people within you,
14 衪使你們四境平靖, He grants peace to your borders
並賜上好的麥子使你們飽足. and satisfies you with the finest of wheat.
15 衪向大地發出命令, He sends his command to the earth;
衪的話語飛速傳遞. his word runs swiftly.
16 衪降雪如羊毛, He spreads the snow like wool
撒霜如灰燼. and scatters the frost like ashes.
17 衪丟擲冰雹如卵石, He hurls down his hail like pebbles.
誰能抵擋冰泠襲擊? who can withsatnd his icy blast?
18 衪一發令, 冰消雪融; He sends his word and melts them;
攪起微風, 水就流動. he stirs up his breezes and the waters flow.
19 衪將自己的道啟示雅各, He has revealed his word to Jacob,
把律例典章指示以色列. his laws and decrees to Isreal.
20 衪從沒這樣對待列國, He has done this for no other nation;
列國也不知衪的律法. they do not know his laws.
你們要讚美耶和華! Praise the Lord.

1 你們要讚美耶和華! Praise the Lord.
從天上讚美耶和華! Praise the Lord from the heavens,
也要在高處讚美衪! praise him in the heights above.
2 眾天使啊! 你們都要讚美衪, Praise him, all his angels,
眾天軍啊! 你們也要讚美衪, praise him, all heavenly hosts.
3 日月啊! 你們要讚美衪, Praise him, sun and moon,
閃亮星宿啊! 你們要讚美衪, praise him, all you shining stars.
4 高天和天上眾水啊! Praise him, you highest heavens
你們都要讚美衪. and you waters above the skies.
5 願他們都讚美耶和華的名! Let them praise the name of the Lord,
因只有衪發令他們才造成. for he commanded and they were created.
6 衪把他們安置妥當, He set them in place
直到永永遠遠; for ever and ever;
衪的律例永不言廢. he gave a decree that will never pass away.
7 大海的生物以及深洋啊! Praise the Lord from the earth,
8 雷電冰雹和雪花雲霧啊! you great sea creatures and all ocean depths,
執行上天命令的狂風啊! lightning and hail, snow and clouds,
9 大山小山啊! stormy winds that do his bidding,
果樹柏樹啊! you mountains and all hills,
10 野獸牲畜啊! fruit trees and all cedars,
昆蟲飛鳥啊! wild animals and all cattle,

地上權貴統領啊! kings of the earth and all nations,
12 少男童女和老翁幼兒啊! you princes and all rulers on earth.
你們都要從地上讚美耶和華! young men and maidens, old men and children.
13 願他們都讚美耶和華的名! Let them praise the name of the Lord,
因為只有衪的名崇高無比. for his name alone is exalted;
而且衪的榮耀在天地之上. his splendor is above the earth and the heavens.
14 衪為自己的子民把角高舉, He has raised up for his people a horn,
所以衪所有的聖民, 貼心的以色列人, the praise of all his saints,
都要讚美衪! of Isreal, the people close to his heart.
你們要讚美耶和華! Praise the Lord.

149. 神賜尊榮
1 你們要讚美耶和華! Praise the Lord.
你們要向耶和華唱新歌, Sing to the Lord a new song,
要在聖民的會中讚美衪! his praise in the assembly of the saints.
2 願以色列因造他們的主歡喜, Let Isreal rejoice in their Maker;
願錫安的民因他們的王快樂, let the people of Zion be glad in their king.
3 願他們跳舞讚美衪的名, Let them praise his name with dancing
願他們擊鼓彈琴歌頌衪. and make music to him with tambourine and harp.
4 因耶和華喜愛衪的子民, For the Lord takes delight in his people;
衪以救恩作謙卑人冠冕. he crowns the humble with salvation.
5 願聖民因祂的榮耀歡欣, Let the saints rejoice in his honor
他們在床上也為此歡唱. and sing for joy on their beds.
6 願他們口中讚美神, May the praise of God be in their mouths
手握兩刃利劍; and a double-edged sword in their hands,
7 為要報復列國, to inflict vengeance on the nations
還要懲罰萬族. and punishment on the peoples,
8 用鐵鍊鎖住他們的君王, to bind their kings with fetters,
用鐵鐐銬住他們的權貴. their nobles with shackles of iron.
9 執行定他們罪的書面判決, to carry out the sentence written against them.
這點就是全體聖民的榮耀. this is the glory of all his saints.
你們要讚美耶和華! Praise the Lord.

你們要在神的聖所讚美衪, Praise God in his sanctuary;

2 要因衪大能的作為讚美衪, Praise him for his acts of power;
並因衪極美的大德讚美衪. praise him for his surpassing greatness.
3 吹角揚聲讚美衪, Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet,
鼓瑟彈琴讚美衪, praise him with the harp and lyre,
4 擊鼓跳舞讚美衪, praise him with tambourine and dancing,
絲弦簫笛讚美衪, praise him with the strings and flute.
5 大力擊鈸讚美衪, praise him with the clash of cymbals,
回響鈸聲讚美衪! praise him with resounding cymbals.
6 凡有氣息的, 都要讚美耶和華! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.
