第21-30篇
21. 賜王尊榮
大衛的詩, 交詩班長
1 耶和華啊, 王因你的大能, 滿心歡欣; O Lord, the king rejoices in your strength.
因你賜的勝利, 大大喜樂! How great is his joy in the victorious you give!
2 他心中所欲, 你全賜他; You have granted him the desire of his heart
他嘴唇所求, 你沒拒絕. 細拉 and have not withheld the request of his lips. Selah
3 你賜豐盛福份迎接他, You welcomed him with rich blessings
把精金冠冕戴他頭上. and placed a crown of pure gold on his head.
4 他向你求壽你就賜給他, He asked you for life, and you gave it to him -
讓他日子長久直到永遠. length of days, for ever and ever.
5 他因你得勝大有榮耀; Through the victories you gave, his glory is great;
你又恩賜他尊榮威嚴. you have bestowed on him splendor and majesty.
6 你把永遠福份賜給他, Surely you have granted him eternal blessings
他在你面前歡喜快樂. and made him glad with the joy of your presence.
7 因為吾王信靠耶和華, For the king trusts in the Lord;
至高者慈愛使不動搖. through the unfailing love of the Most High he will not be shaken.
8 你的手要捉拿你的敵人, your hand will lay hold on all your enemies;
右手也要抓住你的仇人. your right hand will seize your foes.
9 你出現時使他們像熾熱火爐; At time of your appearing you will make them like a fiery furnace.
在震怒中耶和華必吞滅他們, In his wrath the Lord will swallow them up
讓他們在熊熊烈火中全燒滅. and his fire will consume them.
10 你必從地上滅絕他們的子孫, You will destroy their descendants from the earth,
從人間徹底消滅他們的後裔. their posterity from mankind.
11 雖然他們暗謀惡計害你, Though they plot evil against you
但他們陰謀卻不會得逞 and devise wicked schemes, they cannot succeed;
12 因你箭上弦瞄準他們時, for you will make them turn their backs
他們無不惶恐轉身逃跑. when you aim at them with drawn bow.
13 耶和華啊! 願你的力量受尊祟, Be exalted, O Lord, in your strength;
好讓我們歌頌你的大能! we will sing and praise your might.
22. 受苦呼求
大衛的詩, 交詩班長, 調用 "朝鹿"
1 我的神! 我的神! 為甚麼離棄我? My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?
為甚麼遠離不救我, Why are you so far from saving me,
不聽我痛苦的呻吟? so far from the words of my groaning?
2 我的神啊! O my God, I cry out by day,
我白日呼求, 你不回應; but you do not answer,
當黑夜降臨, 我不緘默. by night, and am not silent.
3 你是寶座上的聖者, Yet you are enthroned as the Holy One;
你是以色列的讚美. you are the praise of Isreal,
4 我們的列祖信靠你, In you our fathers put their trust;
信靠你就拯救他們. they trusted and you delivered them.
5 他們哀求你, 便蒙解救; They cried to you and were saved;
他們信靠你, 就不失望. in you they trusted and were not disappointed.
6 然而我是蟲不是人; But I am a worm and not a man,
被世人羞辱, 被百姓藐視. scorned by men and despised by the people.
7 見我的人都嘲笑我; All who see me mock me;
他們搖頭羞辱我說: they hurl insults, shaking their heads;
8 "他既然信靠耶和華, "He trusts in the Lord;
就讓耶和華救他吧! let the Lord rescue him.
耶和華既然喜歡他, Let him delivered him,
就讓耶和華救他吧!" since he delights in him."
9 然而是你使我從母腹中出來的, Yet you brought me out of the womb;
我在母親懷裏你就使我信靠你. you made me trust in you even at my mother's breast.
10 我一生下, 就交託給你; From birth I was cast upon you;
一出母胎, 你就是我神. from my mother's womb you have been my God.
11 故祈求你不要遠離我, Do not be far from me,
因危難將臨無人助我. for trouble is near and there is no one to help.
12 很多公牛團團圍繞我, Many bulls surround me,
巴珊壯牛四面圍困我. strong bulls of Bashan encircle me.
13 抓撕獵物吼叫獅子, Roaring lions tearing their prey
向我張開血盆大口. open their mouths wide against me.
14 我像被潑出去的水, I am poured out like water,
全身骨頭都脫了節; and all my bones are out of joint.
我的心如白臘熔化. My heart has turned to wax; it has melt away within me.
15 我的精力枯竭如瓦, My strength is dried up like a potsherd,
我的舌頭緊貼上顎; and my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth;
你丟我入死亡塵土. you lay me in the dust of death.
16 惡犬環繞我, 惡棍圍困我; Dogs have surrounded me; a band of evil men has encircled me,
他們扎了我的手和我的腳. they have pierced my hands and my feet.
17 我能夠數算我全身的骨頭, I can count all my bones;
人們都幸災樂禍瞪眼看我. people stare and gloat over me.
18 他們分了我的外衣, They divide my garments among them.
又為我的內衣抽籤. and casts lots for my clothing.
19 主耶和華啊, 求你不要遠離我! But you, O Lord, be not far off;
我的救主啊, 求你快來幫助我! O my strength, come quickly to help me.
20 求你快救我的性命脫離刀劍, Deliver my life from the sword,
救我寶貴生命脫離惡犬爪牙. my precious life from the power of the dogs.
21 求你救我脫離獅子的口, Rescue me from the mouth of the lions;
同時救我脫離野牛的角. save me from the horn of the wild oxen.
22 我要向我弟兄宣揚你的名, I will declare your name to my brothers;
更要在聚會中衷心讚美你. in the congregation I will praise you.
23 敬畏耶和華的人啊, 你們要讚美祂! You who fear the Lord, praise him!
所有雅各的後裔啊, 你們要榮耀祂! All your descendants of Jocob, honor him!
所有以色列後裔啊, 你們要敬畏祂! Revere him, all you descendants of Isreal!
24 因衪不藐視受苦的人, For he has not despised the afflicted one;
也沒有掩面不顧他們; he has not hidden his face from him
祂垂聽受苦人的呼求. but has listened to his cry for help.
25 我在大會中讚美你的話是從你而來, From you comes theme of my praise in the great assembly;
我要在敬畏你的人面前還我許的願. before those who fear you will I fulfill my vows.
26 貧苦的人必定會吃得飽足, They will eat and be satisfied;
尋求耶和華的人必讚美祂. they who seek the Lord will praise him -
願你們真誠的心永遠活著! may your hearts live forever!
27 地的四極都要記念歸順耶和華, All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord,
列國的萬族都要向祂俯伏敬拜. and all the families of the nations will bow down before him,
28 因國權是耶和華的, for dominion belongs to the Lord
祂在高天統管萬國. and he rules over the nations.
29 地上富人都歡宴敬拜, All the rich of the earth will feast and worship;
所有落在塵土的人和 all who go down to the dust
不能存活自己生命者, will kneel before him -
都在祂面前屈膝下拜. those who cannot keep themselves alive.
30 主必有後裔侍奉祂, Posterity will serve him;
祂的行事必傳後代. future generations will be told about the Lord.
31 他們會向後世子孫 , They will proclaim his righteousness
全面宣揚祂的公義; to a people yet unborne -
說明是祂所作所為. for he has done it.
23. 我的牧者
大衛的詩
1 耶和華是我的牧者, he Lord is my shepherd,
我必一無所缺. I shall not be in want.
2 祂使我躺臥青草地, He makes me lie down in green pastures,
領我到安靜的水邊. he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 祂使我的靈魂甦醒, he restores my soul.
為自己名引導我走義路. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake
4 我雖然行過死蔭的幽谷, Even thought I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
也不會怕遭害; I will fear no evil,
因你與我同在, for you are with me;
你的杖, 你的竿, 都安慰我. your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
5 在我敵人的面前, You prepare a table before me
你為我擺設筵席; in the presence of my enemies.
你用油膏我的頭, You anoint my head with oil;
使我的福杯滿溢. my cup overflows.
6 我一生一世必有恩惠慈愛隨著我, Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life.
我且要住在耶和華的殿中, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
直到永遠! forever.
24. 榮耀的王
大衛的詩
1 地和地上一切屬耶和華, The earth is the Lord's, and everything in it,
世界和住民也屬耶和華; the world, and all who live in it;
2 因祂把地建立在海上, for he founded it upon the seas
並且安定在眾水之上. and established it upon the waters.
3 誰能登上耶和華的山? Who may ascend the hill of the Lord?
誰又能站在祂的聖所? Who may stand in his holy place?
4 唯有手潔心清, He who has clean hands and pure heart,
不拜偶像, who does not lift up his soul to an idol
也不發假誓的人才配. or swear by what is false.
5 他定必蒙耶和華賜福, He will receive blessing from the Lord
也必蒙他救主神護佑. and vindication from God his Savior.
6 這就是尋求耶和華的世代, Such is the generation of those who seek him,
雅各的神啊! 他們尋求你的面. 細拉 who seek your face, O God of Jacob. Selah
7 眾城門啊, 你們要抬頭! Lift up your heads, O you gates;
古老的城門啊, 你們要打開! be lifted up, you ancient gates,
因榮耀的王要進來. that the king of glory may come in.
8 那榮耀的王是誰呢? Who is the king of glory?
就是那強而有力的耶和華, The Lord strong and mighty,
戰場上大有能力的耶和華. the Lord mighty in battle.
9 眾城門啊, 你們要抬頭! Lift up your heads, O you gates;
古老的城門啊, 你們要打開! be lifted up, you ancient gates,
因榮耀的王要進來. that the king of glory may come in.
10 那榮耀的王是誰呢? Who is he, the king of glory?
就是萬軍之耶和華, The Lord Almighty,
祂就是那榮耀的王. 細拉 he is the king of glory. Selah
25. 祈求寬赦
大衛的詩
1 耶和華啊! 我的心仰望你. To you, O Lord, I lift up my soul;
2 我的神啊! 我信靠你. in you I trust, O my God.
求你不要使我蒙羞受辱, Do not let me be put to shame,
不要使我的仇敵勝過我. nor let my enemies triumph over me.
3 仰望你的必不羞愧, No one whose hope is in you will ever be put to shame,
惟有那無可饒恕的 but they will be put to shame
奸詐之徒才要羞愧. who are treacherous without excuse.
4 耶和華啊! 求你將你的道指示我, Show me your ways, O Lord,
將你的路教訓我, teach me your paths;
5 求你將你的真理指引教導我; guide me in your truth and teach me,
因為你是我的救主神, for you are God my Savior,
而我終日都在仰望你. and my hope is in you all day long.
6 耶和華啊! 求你記住你的憐憫慈愛, Remember, O Lord, your great mercy and love,
因為這是自古就有的. for they are from of old.
7 求你不要記我幼年的罪過和叛逆; Remember not the sins of my youth and my rebellious ways;
求你以你的慈愛記念我, according to your love remember me,
耶和華啊! 因你美善. for you are good, O Lord.
8 耶和華既善良又正直, Good and upright is the Lord;
祂必指引罪人走正路. therefore he instructs sinners in his ways.
9 祂引導謙卑人行直路, He guides the humble in what is right
並用祂的道教導他們. and teaches them his way.
10 對於遵守祂立的約要求的人, All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful
耶和華所有的道都慈愛信實. for those who keep the demands of his covenant.
11 耶和華啊! 為了你的名, For the sake of your name, O Lord,
求你赦免我深重的罪. forgive my iniquity, thought it is great.
12 誰是敬畏耶和華的人? Who, then, is the man that fears the Lord?
主就指示他走為他選擇的路. He will instruct him in the way chosen for him.
13 他定必終生安享福樂, He will spend his days in prosperity,
他的後裔必繼承地土. and his descendants will inherit the land.
14 耶和華信任敬畏祂的人, The Lord confides in those who fear him,
讓他們都認識祂立的約. he makes his covenant known to them.
15 我的眼目時常仰望耶和華, My eyes are ever on the Lord,
唯有祂能使我腳脫離網羅. for only he will release my feet from the snare.
16 求你轉向我恩待我, Turn to me and be gracious to me;
因我非常孤獨困苦. for I am lonely and afflicted.
17 我心中的愁苦憂煩倍增, The trouble of my heart have multiplied;
求讓我從痛苦中得釋放. free me from my anguish.
18 求你垂察我的艱難困苦, Look upon my affliction and my distress
施宏恩赦免我所有的罪. and take away all my sins.
19 看看我的敵人不斷增加, See how my enemies have increased
他們全都對我深惡痛絕! and how fiercely they hate me!
20 求你保護我的性命拯救我; Guard my life and rescue me;
不要叫我羞愧因我投靠你. let me not be put to shame, for I take refuge in you.
21 願純全正直保守我, May integrity and uprighteousness protect me,
因我仰望你. because my hope is in you.
神啊! 求你救贖以色列 Redeem Isreal, O God,
脫離一切苦難. from all their troubles!
26. 祈求申冤
大衛的詩
1 耶和華啊! 求你為我申冤, Vindicate me, O Lord,
因我向來行事正直無瑕; for I have led a blameless life;
且我信靠耶和華, 從不動榣. I have trusted in the Lord without wavering.
2 耶和華啊! 求你考驗我, 試鍊我, Test me, O Lord, and try me,
察看我的肺腑心腸. examine my heart and my mind;
3 因為你的慈愛常在我眼前, for your love is ever before me,
我一直按你的真理而行. and I walk continually in your truth.
4 我不與奸詐的人同坐, I do not sit with deceiful men,
也不與偽善的人來往. nor do I concert with hypocrites;
5 我恨惡惡人的聚會, I abhor the assembly of evildoers
也不與惡人共席. and refuse to sit with the wicked.
6 耶和華啊! 我洗手表明無辜後, I wash my hands in innocence,
才繞你的祭壇而行, and go about your altar, O Lord,
7 好大聲發出對你的讚美, proclaiming aloud your praise
述說你一切奇妙的作為. and telling of all your wonderful deeds.
8 耶和華啊! 我喜愛你居住的殿, I love the house where you live, O Lord,
就是你那顯榮耀的居所. the place where your glory dwells.
9 不要把我的靈魂和罪人一同剷除, Do not take away my soul along with sinners,
也不要把我的性命和嗜血的人一起消滅. my life with bloodthirsty men,
10 他們二手握住惡計, in whose hands are wicked schemes,
右手滿是賄賂. whose right hands are full of bribes.
11 至於我, 則行事正直無瑕, But I lead a blameless life;
求你救贖我, 恩待我. redeem me and merciful to me
12 使我的腳站在平坦之地, My feet stand on level ground;
好在大會中讚美耶和華. in the great assembly I will praise the Lord.
27. 堅心倚靠
大衛的詩
1 耶和華是我的亮光, 我的拯救, The Lord is my light and my salvation -
我還怕誰呢? whom shall I fear?
耶和華是我性命的保障, The Lord is the stronghold of my life -
我還懼誰呢? of whom shall I be afraid?
2 當惡人進攻我, 要吃我肉, When evil men advance against me to devour my flesh,
我的敵人和仇家要攻擊我的時候; when my enemies and my foes attack me,
他們都會絆跌仆倒. they will stumble and fall.
3 雖有軍兵圍困我, 我也心安不怕; Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear;
雖有戰爭攻擊我, 我也信心十足. though war break out against me, even then will I be confident.
4 有一件事, 我要求耶和華, 我要追求: One thing I ask of the Lord, this is what I seek:
一生一世住在耶和華的殿中, that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life,
瞻仰祂榮美並在祂殿中尋求祂. to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.
5 因為在我遭逢災難的日子, For in the day of trouble
祂會在祂的居所保我安全; he will keep me safe in his dwelling;
把我隱藏在祂帳幕避難所, he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle
並把我高高安置在磬石上. and set me high upon a rock.
6 那時, 我可以在圍困我的敵人上面, Then my head will be exalted
昂首挺胸; above the enemies who surrounnd me;
在祂的神聖帳幕裏, at his tabernacle
歡呼獻祭, will I sacrifice with shouts of joy;
並唱詩歌頌耶和華! I will sing and make music to the Lord.
7 耶和華啊! 我呼求時, Hear my voice when I call,
求你垂聽我的聲音; O Lord;
求你憐憫我, 回應我. be merciful to me and answer me.
8 我的心說: "要尋求祂的面." My heart says of you, "Seek his face!"
耶和華啊! 我要尋求你的面. Your face, Lord, I will seek.
7 耶和華啊! 我呼求時, Hear my voice when I call,
求你垂聽我的聲音; O Lord;
求你憐憫我回應我. be merciful to me and answer me.
8 我的心說: "要尋求祂的面." My heart says of you, "Seek his face!"
耶和華啊! 我要尋求你的面. Your face, Lord, I will seek.
9 求你不要掩面不眷顧我, Do not hide your face from me,
不要發怒趕走你的僕人, do not turn your servant away in anger;
因為你一直都在幫助我; you have been my helper.
我的救主神啊! Do not reject me or forsake me,
不要撇下我又離棄我. O God my Savior.
10 雖然我的父母離棄我, Though my father and mother forsake me,
耶和華卻恩慈收留我. the Lord will receive me.
11 耶和華啊! 求你把你的道教導我, Teach me your way, O Lord;
因我仇敵, 引導我行走平坦的路. lead me in a straight path because of my oppressors.
12 求你不要遂我敵人所願, Do not turn me over
狠心無情把我交給他們; to the desire of my foes,
因為有作假見證之徒 for false witness rise up against me,
口吐兇言起來攻擊我. breathing out violence.
13 我對此仍充滿信心: I am still confident of this:
在這活人之地, I will see the goodness of the Lord
我可看見耶和華的美善. in the land of living.
14 要等候耶和華! Wait for the Lord;
要剛強堅定等候耶和華! be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.
28. 求神施恩
大衛的詩
1 耶和華我的磬石啊! 我向你呼求, To you I call, O Lord my Rock;
求你不要掩耳不聽. do not turn a deaf ear to me.
因你若仍緘默不語, For if you remain silent,
我就像掉入了陰間. I will be like those who have gone down to the pit.
2 當我向你的至聖所, Hear my cry for mercy
舉手呼求賜助之時; as I call to you for help,
求你憐憫開恩垂聽. as I lift up my hamds toward your Most Holy Place.
3 不要把我和壞人惡棍一同除滅, Do not drag me away with the wicked, with those who do evil,
他們表面與鄰居說話溫文有禮, who speak cordially with their neigbors
可是心裏面卻是充滿奸詐邪惡. but harbor malice in their hearts.
4 求你按他們胡作非為報應他們; Repay them for their deeds and for their evil work.
並且按他們的雙手所作的惡事, repay them for what their hands have done
將他們應該得到報應加給他們. and bringing back upon them what they deserve.
5 他們既然悖逆頑梗不在乎 Since they show no regard for the works of the Lord
耶和華的話和祂手所作的, and what his hands have done,
祂必把他們拆毀永不重建. he will tear them done and never build them up again.
6 你們都應衷心讚美耶和華, Praise be to the Lord,
因衪垂聽我懇求憐憫呼聲. for he has heard my cry for mercy.
7 耶和華是我的力量和盾牌, The Lord is my strength and my shield;
我的心信靠祂就得祂幫助; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped.
所以我的心歡欣雀躍, My heart leaps for joy
我要盡情歌唱感謝祂! and I will give thanks to him in song.
8 耶和華是祂子民的力量, The Lord is the strength of his people,
是祂受膏者的救恩城堡. a fortress of salvation for his anointed one.
9 求你拯救你的子民, Save your people
並賜福給你的產業, and bless your inheritance;
牧養他們扶持他們, be their shepherd
直到永遠! and carry them forever.
29. 神的威嚴
大衛的詩
1 神的眾子啊, 你們要歸給耶和華! Ascribe to the Lord, O mighty ones,
你們要將榮耀和能力歸給耶和華! ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.
2 要將祂的名當得榮耀歸給耶和華! ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name;
並在祂的聖潔光輝中敬拜耶和華! worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness.
3 耶和華的聲音響徹眾水, The voice of the Lord is over the waters;
榮耀的真神在天上打雷, the God of glory thunders,
耶和華在眾水之上打雷. the Lord thunders over the mighty waters.
4 耶和華的聲音大有能力, The voice of the Lord is powerful;
耶和華的聲音滿有威嚴. The voice of the Lord is majestic.
5 耶和華的聲音震裂香柏樹, The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars;
耶和華震碎黎巴嫩香柏樹. the Lord breaks in pieces the cedars of Lebanon.
6 祂使黎巴嫩跳躍如牛犢, He makes Lebanon skip like a calf,
使西連跳躍如野公牛犢. Sirion like a young wild ox.
7 耶和華的聲音 The voice of the Lord strikes
隨著閃電劈下 . with flashes of lightning.
8 耶和華的聲音震動曠野, The voice of the Lord shakes the desert;
耶和華震動加低斯曠野. the Lord shakes the Desert of Kadesh.
9 耶和華的聲音猛扭橡樹, The voice of the Lord twists the oaks
使所有林木的葉落光禿. and strips the forests bare.
在祂殿中的都驚呼: "榮耀!" And in his temple all cry, "Glory!"
10 耶和華坐洪水上為王, The Lord sits enthroned over the flood;
耶和華永遠坐著為王! the Lord is enthroned as King forever.
11 願耶和華賜力量給祂的子民, The Lord gives strength to his people;
願耶和華賜平安給祂的子民! the Lord blesses his people with peace.
30. 救離死亡
大衛的獻殿詩歌
1 耶和華啊, 我尊崇你! I will exalt you, O Lord,
因你把我從深淵救出, for you lifted me out of the depths
且不容仇敵向我炫耀 . and did not let my enemies gloat over me.
2 耶和華我的神啊! O Lord my God, I called to you for help
我向你求助你就醫冶我. and you healed me.
3 耶和華啊! 你把我從陰間救起, O Lord, you brought me up from the grave;
不讓我掉落在深坑. you spared me from going down into the pit.
4 耶和華的聖民哪! 你們要歌頌祂, Sing to the Lord, you saints of his;
要讚美祂的聖名. praise his holy name.
5 因為祂的怒氣不過片刻, For his anger lasts only a moment,
而祂的恩典卻一生長久; but his favor lasts a lifetime;
終夜雖有哭泣, weeping may remain for a night,
清晨必有歡呼. but rejoicing comes in the morning.
6 當我感到安穩時會說: When I felt secure, I said,
"我永不動搖." "I will never be shaken."
7 耶和華啊! O Lord, when you favored me,
你施恩, 我的江山穩固; you made my mountain stand firm;
你掩面, 我就驚惶失措. but when you hid your face, I was dismayed.
8 耶和華啊! 我向你呼求, To you, O Lord, I called;
求我主憐憫施恩: to the Lord I cried for mercy:
9 "把我毀滅推坑中, "What gain is there in my destruction,
又有甚麼好處呢? in my going down into the pit?
塵土會讚美你嗎? Will the dust praise you?
會宣揚你信實嗎? Will it proclaim your faithfulness?
10 耶和華啊! 求你垂聽憐憫我, Hear, O Lord, and be merciful to me;
耶和華啊! 求你幫助我." O Lord, be my help."
11 你已把我的哀哭變為歡舞, You turned my wailing into dancing;
脫去我麻衣讓我披上喜樂. you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy,
12 使我的靈歌頌你永不休止, that my heart may sing to you and not be silent.
耶和華我的神啊! O Lord my God,
我要永遠感謝你. I will give you thanks forever.
