90. 憐恤施恩
神人摩西的祈禱
1 主啊! 你世世代代 Lord , you have been our dwelling place
作我們的居所. throughout all generations.
2 群山尚未生出, Before the mountains were born
大地與世界你尚未造成; or you bought forth the earth and the world,
從亙古到永遠, 你是神! from everlasting to everlasting you are God.
3 你使人歸回塵土, 說: You turn men back to dust,
"世人哪, 歸回塵土吧!" saying, "Return to dust, O sons of men."
4 在你的眼目看來, For a thousand years in your sight
千年如剛逝昨日, are like a day that has just gone by,
又如夜間的一更. or like a watch in the night.
5 你使世人在死亡睡夢中消逝; You sweep men away in the sleep of death;
他們像早晨生長出來的青草, they are like the new grass of the morning -
6 清晨長出新芽, though in the morning it springs up new,
晚上枯乾凋萎. by evening it is dry and withered.
7 我們因你的怒氣消逝, We are consumed by your anger
更因為你的忿怒驚惶. and terrified by your indignation.
8 你把我們的罪孽擺在你面前, You have set our iniquities before you,
我們的隱惡露在你面光之中. our secret sins in the light of your presence.
9 我們一生日子都在你烈怒中度過, All our days pass away under your wrath;
而我們度盡的年歲只是一聲哀嘆. we finish our years with a moan.
10 我們一生的年日是七十歲, The length of our days is seventy years -
若是健壯長壽可到八十歲; or eighty, if we have the strength;
但其間只不過是勞苦愁煩, yet their span is but trouble and sorrow,
轉眼成空很快就如飛逝去. for they quickly pass, and we fly away.
11 誰曉得你怒氣的威力? Who knows the power of your anger?
你的烈怒與你當受的敬畏一樣巨大. For your wrath is as great as the fear that is due you.
12 求你教導我們正確數算自己的日子, Teach us to number our days aright,
好叫我們得著你賜我們的智慧之心. that we may gain a heart of wisdom.
13 耶和華啊, 求你憐恤我們! Relent, O Lord!
我們要等到幾時呢? How long will it be?
求你憐憫你的僕人. Have compassion on your servants.
14 求你讓我們清晨飽享你的慈愛, Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love,
好叫我們一生日子都歡唱喜樂. that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.
15 祈求你使我們受苦的日子 Make us glad for as many days as you have afflicted us,
和遭難的年歲都歡喜快樂. for as many years as we have seen trouble.
16 願你的作為向你的僕人彰顯, may your deeds be shown to your servants,
你的榮美向他們的子孫顯明. your splendor to their children.
17 願主我們神的恩典臨到我們; May the favor of the Lord our God rest upon us;
願你堅立我們手作的工, establish the work of our hands for us -
我們手作的工求你堅立. yes, establish the work of our hands.

91. 近神蒙庇
1 住在至高者庇護所的, He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
必安居在全能者蔭庇. will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 論到耶和華, 我要說: I will say of the Lord,
"衪是我的避難所, 我的堡壘, "He is my refuge and my fortress,
我的神, 我信靠的神." my God, in whom I trust."
3 衪救你脫離捕鳥人的網羅, Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare
同時讓你遠離致命的瘟疫. and from the deadly pestilence.
4 衪用自己的羽毛遮蓋著你, He will cover you with his feathers,
在衪翅膀下你必得到庇佑; and under his wings you will find refuge;
衪的信實是你的盾牌堡壘. his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5 你不必怕黑夜的恐怖, You will not fear the terror of night,
也不必怕白日的飛箭; nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 更不怕黑夜瘟疫侵襲, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
以及正午害人的疫病. nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7 可能千人仆倒你左邊, A thousand may fall at your side,
萬人仆倒在你的右邊; ten thousand at your right hand,
但瘟疫卻不會侵害你. but it will not come near you.
8 你只要用眼睛去觀看, You will only observe with your eyes
就會目睹惡人的報應. and see punishment of the wicked.
9 你若把至高者當你的居所, If you make the Most High your dwelling -
並把耶和華當你的避難所. even the Lord, who is my refuge -
10 則禍患必不臨到你, then no harm will befall you,
災難必不近你帳棚. no disater will come near your tent.
11 因衪會命衪的使者關顧你, For he will command his angels concerning you
並在你行走的路上保護你; to guard you in all your ways;
12 使者會用雙手托住你, they will lift you up in their hands,
免得你的腳踢到石頭. so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13 讓你腳踹獅子和毒蛇, You will tread upon the lion and the cobra;
使你勝過猛獅和蟒蛇. you will triumph the great lion and the serpent.
14 耶和華說: "因他愛我, "Because he loves me," says the Lord,
所以我必拯救他; "I will rescue him;
因他承認我的名, I will protect him,
所以我必保護他. for he acknowledges my name.
15 他求告我, 我就回應他; He will call upon me, and I will answer him;
在危難中, 我與他同在, I will be with him in trouble,
我要拯救他榮耀他. I will deliver him and honor him.
16 我要讓他足享長壽, With long life will I satisfy him
向他彰顯我的救恩." and show him my salvation."

92. 公正慈愛
安息日詩歌
1 至高者啊! It is good to praise the Lord
讚美耶和華, 歌頌你的名; and make music to your name,
2 早晨傳揚你的慈愛, O Most High,
夜晚傳講你的信實. to proclaim your love in the morning
3 十弦琴奏悠揚樂聲, and your faithfulness at night,
琴瑟彈出美妙旋律, to the music of the ten-stringed lyre
這是何等美事! and the melody of the harp.
4 耶和華啊! For you make me glad by your deeds,
因為你的作為使我歡喜, O Lord;
我要為你手作的工歡唱. I sing for joy at he works of your hands.
5 耶和華啊, 你的工何其偉大, How great are your works, O Lord,
你的心何其深奧! how profound your thoughts!
6 無知的人不曉得, The senseless man does not know,
愚昧的人不明白. fools do not understand,
7 儘管惡人茂盛如草, that though the wicked spring up like grass
壞人也都興旺亨通; and all evildoers flourish,
但他們都永遠滅亡. they will be forever destroyed.
8 唯你耶和華永遠至高! But you, O Lord, are exalted forever.
9 耶和華啊! For surely your enemies, O Lord,
你的仇敵都必滅亡, surely your enemies will perish;
所有壞人都要潰散. all evildoers will be scattered.
10 你高舉我像野牛的角, You have exalted my horn like that of a wild ox;
並且傾倒精油膏抹我. fine oils have been poured upon me.
11 我親眼看見仇敵慘敗, My eyes have seen the defeat of my adversaries;
並親耳聽見惡敵潰敗. my ears have heard the rout of my wicked foes.
12 義人必興旺如棕櫚樹, The righteous will flourish like a palm tree,
生長如黎巴嫩香柏木. they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon;
13 栽種在耶和華的殿中, Planted in the house of the Lord,
繁盛在我們神的院裏. they will flourish in the courts of our God.
14 年老仍結果子, They will still bear fruit in old age,
永保新鮮青翠. they will stay fresh and green,
15 這充份顯明: "耶和華是正直的, proclaiming, "The Lord is upright,

93. 威嚴大能
1 耶和華作王, 衪穿威嚴的王袍; The Lord reigns, he is robed in majesty;

世界堅立而永不動搖. The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved.
2 你的寶座老早就建立, Your throne was established long ago;

3 耶和華啊! The seas have lifted up, O Lord,
大海湧起, 海水揚聲, the seas have lifted up their voice;
海浪洶湧澎湃. the seas have lifted up their pounding waves.
4 耶和華高處顯大能, Mightier than the thunder of the great waters,
勝過大水如雷響聲, mightier than the breakers of the sea -

94. 滅絕惡人
1 耶和華啊! 你是申冤的神; O Lord, the God who avenges,

2 審判全地的主啊! 求你挺身而出, Rise up, O Judge of the earth;
使驕傲的人受應得的報應. pay back to the proud what they deserve.
3 耶和華啊! How long will the wicked,
惡人得意忘形要到幾時呢? O Lord,
要到幾時呢? how long will the wicked be jubilant?
4 他們傾吐狂傲的話, They pour out arrogant words;
所有惡人滿口自誇. all the evildoers are full of boasting.
5 耶和華啊! 他們欺壓你的子民, They crush your people, O Lord;
壓搾你的產業. they oppress your inheritance .
6 他們殺害寡婦和寄居人, They slay the widow and the alien;
更殘酷謀殺無父的孤兒. they murder the fatherless.
7 他們說: "耶和華不會看見, They say, "The Lord does not see;
雅各的神也不會注意." the God of Jacob pays no heed."
8 民中無知的人哪, 你們要注意! Take heed, you senseless ones among the people;
愚頑的人哪! 你們何時才會有智慧? you fools, when will you become wise?
9 那造耳朵的, 難道自己聽不見嗎? Does he who implanted the ear not hear?
那造眼睛的, 難道自己看不見嗎? Does he who formed the eye not see?
10 那管教列國的, 難道不施懲罰嗎? Does he who disciplines nations not punish?
那教導眾人的, 難道沒有知識嗎? Does he who teaches man lack knowledge?
11 耶和華知道人的心思意念, The Lord knows the thoughts of man;
更加知道他們的虛妄徒然. he knows that they are futile.
12 耶和華啊, 你親自管教和 Blessed is the man you discipline, O Lord,
親自用律法教導的人多有福! the man you teach from your law;
13 你使他在患難日子得享平安, you grant him relief from days of trouble,
直到為惡人預備的深坑挖好. till a pit is dug for the wicked.
14 因耶和華不會丟棄祂的子民, For the Lord will not reject his people;
並且永遠不會離棄祂的產業. he will never forsake his inheritance.
15 審判定必再度轉向公義, Judgment will again be founded on righteousness,
心地正直的人都要順從. and all the upright in heart will follow it.
16 誰肯起來為我攻擊惡人? Who will rise up for me against the wicked?
誰肯挺身為我抵抗惡棍? Who will take a stand for me against evildoers?
17 倘若不是耶和華幫助我, Unless the Lord had given me help,
我早就下住死寂陰間了. I would soon have dwelt in the silence of death.
18 當我說: "我的腳滑倒了!" When I said, "My foot is slipping,"
耶和華啊! 你的慈愛就立即扶持我. your love, O Lord, suppoted me.
19 當我心裏充滿焦慮的時候, When anxiety was great within me,
你就安慰我使我的心安樂. your consolation brought joy to my soul.
20 藉法例殘民以逞的腐敗政權, Can a corrupt throne be allied with you -
你能跟他結盟嗎? one that brings on misery by its decrees?
21 他們聯手攻擊義人, They band together against the righteous
並定無辜人的死罪. and condemn the innocent to death.
22 幸耶和華成為我的堡壘, But the Lord has become my fortress,
我的神成了我避難磬石. and my God the rock in whom I take refuge.
23 衪按他們的罪孽報應他們, He will repay them for their sins
並以他們的罪惡消滅他們; and destroy them for their wickedness;
耶和華我們的神消滅他們. the Lord our God will destroy them.

95. 拯救的神
1 來啊! 讓我們向耶和華歡唱, Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord;
向拯救我們的磬石歡呼. let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.
2 讓我們來到衪面前謝恩, Let us come before him with thanksgiving
更要衷心用詩歌讚美衪. and extol him with music and song.
3 因耶和華是偉大的神, For the Lord is the great God,
是超越萬神的大君王. the great King above all gods.
4 地的深處在衪手中, In his hand are the depths of the earth,
山的高峰也都屬衪. and the mountain peaks belong to him.
5 海屬衪因是衪造的, The sea is his, for he made it,
陸地也是衪手造的. and his hands formed the dry land.
6 來啊! 讓我們俯伏敬拜, Come, let us bow down in worship,
在造我們的主耶和華面前下跪. let us kneel before the Lord our Maker;
7 因為衪是我們的神; for he is our God
我們是衪草場子民, and we are the people of his pasture,
就是衪看顧的羊群. the flock under his care.
8 今天你們若是聽衪的話, Today, if you hear his voice,
就不可像當日於米利巴, do not harden your hearts as you did at Meribah,
和曠野瑪撒一樣硬著心. as you did that day at Massah in the desert,
9 在那裏你們的列祖, where your fathers
雖然見過我的作為, tested and tried me,
竟敢試探我考驗我. though they had seen what I did.
10 四十年之久, 我厭惡那個世代; For forty years I was angry with that generation;
我說: "他們是心裏迷失的百姓, I said, "They are a people whose hearts go astray,
竟然不認得我的道路." and they have not known my ways."
11 因此, 我在忿怒中起誓: So I declared on oath in my anger,
"他們永遠不得進入我的安息." "They shall never enter my rest."

96. 審判的神
1 你們要向耶和華唱新歌, Sing to the Lord a new song;
全地都要向耶和華歡唱! sing to the Lord, all the earth.
2 要向耶和華歌唱, 讚美衪的名; sing to the Lord, praise his name;
天天都要去傳揚衪的救恩. proclaim his salvation day after day.
3 在列國之中述說衪的榮耀, Declare his glory among the nations,
在萬民中述說衪奇妙作為. his marvelous deeds among all peoples.
4 因耶和華偉大, 當受極大讚美; For great is the Lord and most worthy of praise;
衪在萬神之上應當敬畏. he is to be feared above all gods.
5 外邦的神都是偶像, For all the gods of the nations are idols,
唯耶和華創造諸天. but the Lord made the heavens.
6 在衪面前, 有尊榮威嚴; Splendor and majesty are before him;
在衪聖所, 有大能榮光. strength and glory are in his sanctuary.
7 列國萬族啊! 你們要歸給耶和華, Ascribe to the Lord, O families of nations,
要把榮耀能力歸給耶和華. ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.
8 要把耶和華的名當得榮耀歸給衪, ascribe to the Lord glory due to his name;
並且帶供物進入衪的院. bring an offering and come into his courts.
9 在祂聖潔榮光中, 敬拜耶和華, Worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness;
全地都要在衪面前戰慄. tremble before him all the earth.
10 你們要在列邦宣揚: Say among the nations,
"耶和華在全地作王." "The Lord reigns."
世界堅立必不動搖; The world is firmly established, it cannot be moved;
祂要公正審判萬民. he will judge the peoples with equity.
11 願天歡喜, 願地快樂, Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad;
願海洋和海中的都同聲響應. let the sea resound, and all that is in it;
12 願田野和其上所有的都歡樂, let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them.
那時林中所有樹木也都歡唱. then all the trees of the forest will sing for joy;
13 他們都要在耶和華面前歌唱, they will sing before the Lord, for he comes,
因為衪來了! 衪要審判全地; he comes to judge the earth.
衪要按公義審判世界, He will judge the world in righteousness
同時憑信實審判萬民. and the peoples in his truth.

97. 公義的王
1 耶和華作王, 願大地快樂, The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad;
願遠方海岸都歡喜! let the distant shores rejoice.
2 密雲和幽暗環繞衪, Clouds and thick darkness surround him;
公義和公平是衪寶座的根基. righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.
3 烈火行在衪的前頭, Fire goes before him
燒滅衪四圍的敵人. and consumes his foes on every side.
4 祂的閃電閃亮世界, His lightning lights up the world;
大地一看見就震慄. the earth sees and trembles.
5 在耶和華全地之主面前, The mountains melt like wax before the Lord,
群山峻嶺熔化如臘. before the Lord of all the earth.
6 諸天傳揚祂的公義, The heavens peoclaim his righteousness,

詩一篇
1 你們要向耶和華唱新歌, Sing to the Lord a new song,
因為衪行了奇妙的事; for he has done marvelous things;
衪的右手和衪的聖臂, his right hand and his holy arm
也為衪大力施行救恩. have worked salvation for him.
2 耶和華使衪的救恩四海周知, The Lord has made his salvation known
並且向列國顯示了衪的公義. and revealed his righteousness to the nations.
3 衪沒忘向以色列家 He has remembered his love
施行祂的慈愛信實; and his faithfulness to the house of Isreal;
地的四極都看見了 all the ends of the earth have seen

4 全地都要向耶和華歡呼! Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth,
在樂聲中歡樂歌唱. burst into jubilant song with music;
5 要彈琴歌頌耶和華, make music to the Lord with harp,
以琴韻歌聲頌讚衪. with the harp and the sound of singing,
6 更要吹起號聲和吹響號角, with trumpets and the blast of the ram's horn -
在大君王耶和華面前歡呼. shout for joy before the Lord, the King.

99. 聖潔的神
1 耶和華作王, 萬國戰慄, The Lord reigns, let the nations tremble;
祂坐在二基路伯之間, 大地震動. he sits enthroned between the cherubim, let the earth shake.
2 耶和華在錫安至大, Great is the Lord in Zion;
並且超乎萬國之上. he is exalted over all the nations.
3 願他們讚美祂大而可畏的名, Let them praise your great and awesome name -
祂本為聖! he is holy.
4 王大有能力, The King is mighty, he loves justice -
喜愛公平, 堅持公正; you have established equity;

他本為聖! he is holy.

感恩詩
1 全地都要向耶和華歡呼! Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
2 要歡歡喜喜敬拜耶和華, Worship the Lord with gladness;
歡喜歌唱來到祂的面前. come before him with joyful songs.
3 你們要知道耶和華是神, Know that the Lord is God.
我們是祂造也是屬祂的; It is he who made us, and we are his;
我們是祂的民, 是祂草場上的羊. we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
4 當感恩進入祂的門, Enter his gates with thanksgiving
並讚美進入祂的院; and his courts with praise;
感謝祂讚美祂的名. give thanks to him and praise his name.
5 因為耶和華至美善; For the Lord is good
祂的慈愛存到永遠, and his love endures forever;
祂的信實直到萬代. his faithfulness continues through all generations.
